Kiley M. Whitty
Kiley M. Whitty is a licensed attorney specializing in the areas of family law, child custody, bankruptcy and creditor negotiations in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will and surrounding collar counties. While in law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Mrs. Whitty earned a certificate in Child and Family Law as well as a certificate in Advocacy which aided in her success as a litigator. As an associate with Anderson & Associates, P.C., Mrs. Whitty’s practice has included cases involving divorce, post-decree, child support, custody, visitation, loan modifications, creditor negotiations and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
Mrs. Whitty is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, Northwest Suburban Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, and the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers. Mrs. Whitty also published various articles in the Children's Legal Rights Journal and the Chicago Law Bulletin.
