Elizabeth A. Demonte
Elizabeth A. Demonte is a licensed attorney specializing in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, creditor negotiations, and estate planning in DuPage, Cook, Kane, Will, Lake, and surrounding collar counties. Elizabeth’s practice includes divorce, parentage, child support, custody, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and loan modifications. Elizabeth also works with clients to develop estate plans, including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
During law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Elizabeth earned a Certificate in Child and Family Law and a Certificate in Advocacy, having completed various courses in trial practice and litigation. In addition, Elizabeth was an Editor on Loyola’s Children’s Legal Rights Journal. Elizabeth published an article in the journal entitled Spotlight On: The Nurse-Family Partnership.
Elizabeth is an active member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, and the Justinian Society of Lawyers.
